Hello, my name is Ivan and I am the broker and loan officer with Freedomstar Financial.
 

I have always been a "numbers" guy with a passion for real estate and the financing behind it. My commitment to real estate goes beyond just running a successful mortgage brokerage. I believe the most important traits in this industry are honesty and integrity.

I have been a mortgage loan originator for more than 20 years. In 2019, I originated over $58M in VA Loans. In 2016, I originated more than $38M in loans, which earned my rank as one of the top producing loan officers in country.

I really enjoy what I do, because it allows me to spend time with my family. It's a very busy time, raising two young boys ages five and three! When I am not working, you can usually find me at little league games, or building racetracks for my kids! I enjoy playing tennis and golf, and watching my favorite sports teams. (Go Giants and Niners and Warriors!)
